Your Right to Opt Out
Under California law, eligible consumers have the right to request that a business stop selling or sharing their personal information.
For purposes of California privacy law, the term “sale” may include certain transfers of personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. The term “sharing” may include certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money is exchanged.
OC Auto Body does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, our website may use advertising, analytics, social media, or similar technologies that may involve disclosures of online identifiers or website activity to third-party service providers or advertising partners. Depending on how these technologies are used, certain disclosures may be considered “sharing” under California privacy law.
